We offer fantastic service and support and like to go the 'extra mile for our clients'. We get regular feedback about how thorough each consultation is ..... our Style consultation alone contains what some image consultants cover in three different sessions! In every consultation we work to the high standards of the Federation of Image Consultants and draw upon over 15 years' experience of image consultancy.
We also really respect the trust our clients place in us and always work in a positive, sensitive and relaxed way - so that you can get the most out of your consultation and feel at ease.
We like our clients, so we want to stay in touch. We follow up each consultation with a feedback phone call to make sure you are happy and to answer any questions, and are always happy to give advice as you put your new skills to work.
We have regular evenings just for our clients, where we have drinks and nibbles and give input on a particular issue - the last one was on 'How to do Christmas Glitz'. You don't pay anything for the evening; we do it because we like you!
Consultations are held at our comfortable private studio in Broomhill, Sheffield, S10. We generally have two or three clients at each consultation as years of experience have shown that clients benefit greatly from seeing how it works for other people as well as for themselves. Although you may not know the other clients, we make sure everyone feels at ease, and the small group environment is supportive and encouraging.
