When we think about our friends and family, colleagues and neighbours, and ourselves, it is clear that we are all different. We all come in different shapes and sizes, we all have strengths and weaknesses, likes and dislikes; sometimes other people's behaviour doesn't make any sense to us, and sometimes we realise that the things that are important to us mean very little to others.
True Colours are experts at helping you make the most of what's on the outside, but we also want to help you understand who you are on the inside. Myers Briggs is a great tool that helps you understand who you are, why you do things, and why other people behave as they do. It's a personality-profiling process that gives you a deeper insight into yourself and your motivations, and helps you to appreciate your differences from other people. It gives you the confidence and freedom to be who you really are.
